Hello Everyone! Welcome to my Website! If you are looking to buy or sell a home in Grand Prairie then you have come to the right place! So, why should you want to live in Grand Prairie? Because Grand Prairie is perfectly located smack-dab between Dallas and Fort Worth. It provides easy access to freeways and is full of parks and restaurants. When it comes to traffic, I personally find I-20 to be one of the lightest freeways in the Metroplex. Grand Prairie also offers a multitude of great restaurants within just a few minutes of your home. There are tons of shopping areas from Camp Wisdom and 360 to I-20 and Carrier Parkway. And, one of my favorite things about Grand Prairie is the lack of airline traffic over our heads! I sure hope that never changes!

So, what else is great about Grand Prairie? On the north end, Grand Prairie is only about 10 minutes from DFW airport and 20-25 minutes from the south end. Entertainment is easy to find in Grand Prairie. From horse racing in Lone Star Park to concerts and other events at the Verizon Theater, Grand Prairie is ready, willing, and able to entertain the masses. I love hanging out at Joe Pool Lake. Lynn Creek and Lloyd Park, both in Grand Prairie, offers activities from camping and picnicking, to boating and bike trails. Grand Prairie ISD is a great school system and they have tried very hard to maintain the highest standards in education and continue to retain the best and most caring teachers. However, what I love most about living in Grand Prairie is the quiet lifestyle. I can tell you from personal experience that when I ride my bike around my neighborhood, I constantly see friendly smiling faces, kids playing ball, dad's washing their cars, and mom's planting their flowers. Grand Prairie has been a great place to live and work for over 18 years.

Many people ask me about living in Arlington. Well, move over all you sports fans, because Arlington has lots of great amenities besides the Ballpark and Cowboy Stadium! Arlington is full of great, heavily treed neighborhoods full of character and life. I love all the shopping I can find in Arlington, not to mention all the fabulous restaurants. Over the years, many of my buyers have chosen to live in Arlington because of its central location to both downtown Fort Worth and downtown Dallas and well as it's easy access to the DFW Airport.

One of my favorite things about Arlington is the quality of life you can find in almost any price range of a home. Whether a buyer is shopping for a home at $100,000 or $800,000, Arlington offers great homes at very affordable prices.

Cedar Hill, Texas is one of my favorite areas to show and sell homes. Gorgeous properties with phenomenal views overlooking Joe Pool Lake. Cedar Hill offers camping, boating, and other wonderful outdoor activities. Cedar Hill State Park is probably my most favorite place to camp around the Metroplex. It's close and clean! I'm not sure about you, but I really prefer a well maintained, clean bathroom to take a shower in when I'm camping!

I've often heard Cedar Hill called the "hill country of the Metroplex" and that may just be the truth! It offers beautiful topography and lovely scenery. I've not had a client yet who said they didn't love living there.
